1. Wi-Fi/ HHLV iPad
Hustle House LV (HHLV) welcomes you! You will find our WiFi network as: "HustleHouse" and the WiFi Password is TrustTheProcess! (with those CAPS). Please log on and enjoy! We also offer a HustleHouse iPad to control all things fun, but you can do so from your own phone if you have the apps on the iPad. While on the iPad, we would LOVE for you to take pictures and videos of how you utilize the house. We love seeing the joy and fun, or peaceful introspection our guests experience.
2. Pool/Music/Theatre Room
The pool and the spa are all operated by the house iPad's AquaLynx (icon on bottom of home screen). Click the app and enjoy! Please do turn the hot tub heat OFF when you're not enjoying it. The house has Sonos speakers, and you can turn on the regions in the Sonos app on the tablet. The theatre room has automated black out blinds (white remote) and a drop down projector screen over the fireplace. You can raise or lower the screen, and access the Apple TV with the Universal Remote in that room.

5. AC/Heat/Lights
The AC/Heat controls on are both sides of the this glorious home. One is near the pantry and theatre room, and the other is down the hallway to the main suites. Please make yourself comfortable. Also, there are two wonderful fireplaces for your use! The lights in the house are dimmable, so turn them up or down based on your mood(s). The closets and laundry room have motion sensors for your ease. The lights for the outside patio are by the sliding door, and the tennis court lights can be turned on with the timer on the far side of the court (by the big post).
6. Guests/Deliveries
This secluded getaway offers privacy and security that we all dream of. If you expect guests, please let them know they will need a license or ID to get through the Gate. Any and all guests you anticipate joining you will need to be submitted to Tori Klein at 541-514-0117 (via text) for gate approval. Delivery services just need to provide the address, and Ms. Klein's name, so remember to make a note in your order. If you are wanting our help planning special deliveries, contact us to help arrange it for you - and pre-approval the arrival!
7. The Stove Top
The cooktop is an Invisacook induction cooktop that is carefully places under the porcelain countertop. The six burners are lined up with the ventless hood, and need the black magnetic silicone mats and proper induction cookware to work properly. It takes a few tries to get it, but then you will be cooking on that countertop in no time. Here is a link explaining it all (if you guys cook).
8. Linens/Towels/Garage Use
We have linens and towels in the house already. If you choose to use them, treat them with care and love. The cleaners do come every week, to change sheets and wash towels. If you need anything, please let them know. The garage will have some of our items in it, please disregard their presence, and use the garage as needed.

This is a quiet neighborhood with security and a HOA, so please be respectful of the neighbors. You will be held responsible for any complaints the HOA sends my way (including fines), without warning or notice. CC&Rs here.
Locking Up
When you leave the property, please lock the doors. For the front door - Door Code 1234 lock button. We will not be responsible for any issues with the house or the contents therein while you are tenants at the property.
