This is a quiet neighborhood with families and a HOA, so please be respectful of the neighbors. You will be held responsible for any complaints the HOA sends my way (including fines), without warning or notice.
Locking Up
When you leave the property, please lock the doors. We will not be responsible for any issues with the house or the contents therein while you are tenants at the property.
